These Terms govern your use of www.pakurduai.com and the Pak Urdu AI Android app (the "Service"), operated by Waseem Abbas Alvi, Pakistan. By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or that violates these Terms.
2. Community rules
When you post in the community you agree not to share:
- content you do not have the right to share, including pirated or copyrighted books, courses, software, films or music;
- adult, hateful, violent, harassing or misleading content, scams, or "get rich quick" claims;
- other people's personal information, spam, or malware.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give Pak Urdu AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
4. Our content
Articles, courses, eBooks, graphics and the Pak Urdu AI name and logo belong to Pak Urdu AI unless stated otherwise. You may share links and short quotes with credit, but you may not copy or republish full articles or paid material without written permission.
5. Courses, eBooks and payments
Paid content is for the personal use of the buyer. Prices and access terms are shown before purchase. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case — contact us at pakurduai@gmail.com.
6. Advertising and third-party links
The Service may show ads from Google AdSense / AdMob and contain links to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or policies.
7. No guarantees
Our content is educational. We do not guarantee any income, views, subscribers, approvals (for example YouTube monetization, AdSense or Google Play approval) or other results. See our Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Pak Urdu AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change or discontinue features. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
